So the led replacement light for my ceter dome light fell out. I tried to put it back in but now none of my interior lights work. I didn't flip any of the switches. I checked the fuse under the dash and it's good. I don't see any fuse under the hood that I would suspect to have an impact.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Check the 7.5A ecu-acc fuse also, not just the dome one.
I know you said you didn’t touch any switches, but double check the rocker to make sure you didn’t accidentally bump it.

So the fun continues. I decided to swap in a new fuse in the dome light position and lights came on BUT they don't go off with the switch in the door position. I toggled both the front and center switch with no affect. What could be going on?

Try this, put the switch on regular door mode. Lock the doors and walk away. Get the fob away from the truck, wait 30 minutes.
Then go check it without the fob so it doesn’t wake up. It should be out. I just tested my truck it took maybe 20 minutes or so, I think it has to do with the led bulbs.

Well, the light does go out. I suspect it's because of the 20 min timer. Unfortunately, if the car is on the light doesn't go out when the switch is in the correct position for the door activation.

I replaced the center dome light and that's what caused this whole issue. I have no idea what to try next. My guess is that I'll need to replace the center dome light housing.

There's a connector in the overhead console (R44)
    upload_2022-8-19_23-59-24.jpg
#22 is the ILE circuit (dimming ON or OFF)
#15 is the power source to the overhead lamps. It's always ON, off after 20 min engine is OFF, unless doors open and close. This would reset to 20 more minutes.
The connector numbers on the drawing is looking into the connector, NOT the wire side.
With a multimeter, place probes on these terminals.
Have someone press the door closed switch at the cab door frame.

12v ON, voltage drop to 0 when door closed.
    #22 is negative.
No need to remove the connector

probes can be place on wire side touching the terminals if you gets these or similar ones:

If you get 12 then 0, it's only the overhead console PCB.
