Not enough airspace in a Tacoma for 2 IDQ 12s. Actually barely enough for 10s. Remeber IDQ 10s are more like 11s compared to other manufacturers.

My 98 has 4 in.beefed blocks, QA1 up front, turbo. My 15 4x4 stock looking for lift and tires.
you wont need fans I have a similar set up in my Cadilac escalade. Mounted underneth my back seats as well the seats sit right on top of the amps and my shop that installed it all built a box that goes all the way around the amps JL300/4 and 1000/1. Then put a lid on it to cover all the wires and RCA's. All you can see is the actuall tops of both the amps and the face of my 5 farad cap and although they get warm sometimes never to hot to cut them out. Do the measuring cut out a baffle board to cover the hole space then cut out so all you see is the face of the amps then pick up some matching carpet and some spray glue and carpet it. I would use a pice of velcro on all 4 corner and maybe two in the middle on each side and just stick it down it will adhere good enough to your factory carpet to hold it in place yeat make it easy enough to remove for tuning as needed.

I have one of those under the hood. Makes it easy to kill power when you're working on stuff. Freakin love that thing.

So much better than a fuse IMO. I was always so scared to accidentally short my power and have to go search around for some bug fuse somewhere.

well some car parts stores sell it if not go to your local car audio shop if they make speaker boxes they got carpet. Just tell them how b ig of a piece you need and they can get it for you. and the 3m spray adhesive you can get at the auto parts store as well. Pep boys auto zone or discount auto parts the all carry some kind of spray adhesive.
