Hey all, just an FYI for anyone in the Pittsburgh area. There has been what looks like 2 guys in I think its a Dodge full size van white in color with tinted windows. They have been stealing tailgates. Pretty sure mostly out of dealerships lots, but I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to take one off someone's truck. Just a heads up. At least do the hose clamp mod!!!

Thanks for the heads up. I prefer the shotgun mod myself.
Does anyone know who drives a white 01-04 extended cab taco around washington pa. V6 sr5 TRD and has TRD stickers on the rear windows and also a south hills sticker. Front and rear tube wrap around bumpers and sliders with a little kickout at the end. I saw em on 79 yesterday while I was on my way down to morgantown

    tires, shocks and a sticker!
I'm interested in central pa rides " National Guard took priority over the last ride that Fred hosted" by the way I'm located on the outskirts of Lock Haven. Any of you BC natives got a ride goin let me know. I'd like to get the truck out for some mild stuff, I normally just play with the heep.

Hey guys I am flying out to Pittsburgh saturday and staying till next Friday to go be with the girls family. Just thought some of you may know something to do in the area while we are up there?
On another note I just bought a ring and I am asking her dad while I am up there. Just wondering of any places that you may consider for me to ask the question while there? Not sure if I will do it up there, but would like to have some options available. Thanks

Too bad you couldn't take some time to travel up to Niagara Falls. I've never been there in the winter, but I'm sure it'd be a sweet place to pop the question.
    Good Luck & Congrats!!

mt washington overlooks the city. Its outside and would be cold. My buddy had me stand down at hienz field with a huge illuminated sign that said marry me. he and his wife were up on mt washington looking down.

Where in pittsburgh are you staying?

there is also an outside skating rink in downtown ppg place. Its been a few years since I've been there but the used to have a huge christmas tree in the middle.

Strip district is always cool to go to. Sat mornings its an outside market place where vendors set up. You can go other days too just no outside vendors. Try some mancinis bread and breadworks bread. And if you've never had one stop at the promanti brothers in the strip district. Its the pittsburgh sandwich with fries and coleslaw on it. They have a chain around pittsburgh now but the original is still the best.
