Lower Idler Pulley Torque 2TR-FE

Can anyone help me with the torque for the lower idler puller? I have searched a lot here and other places but cannot seem to find the torque for this idler. I know the upper idler pulley is 32ftlbs and have found the tensioner bolt torque values. I am replacing the tensioner, both pulleys and the belt soon.

 

The part numbers for the idler's on the 2nd gen 4 cyl are as follows

$45 Gates 36174 Idler Pulley

Gates 36174 Upper idler pulley, has a 32 ft lb torque spec.

Gates 36614 Lower idler pulley. This is the one that I cannot find the torque for.

If I had to guess, maybe Toyota doesn't sell that pulley on its own? I can't find the torque spec in the FSM. Torquing it to 32 as well is a safe bet.

 

Looks like it can indeed be purchased on its own, part number 8844025070, so it's weird that there's no torque value for it.

The whole assembly is 88420-04130 and runs around $230, yikes.

Ended up replacing them both and going with 32 ft lbs for each idler.
I had to remove the alternator to get the tensioner replaced but overall pretty easy to get it all done.
