    The switch will be a tight fit into the ring, no need for epoxy there (at least I didnt). Just a very very small dab in the bezel to hold the ring

    Anyone have a lead on the hilux switch? The eBay link in the first post doesn’t work anymore. A quick eBay search for “hilux 4x4 switch” didn’t find anything.

    The 4x4 switch pops out without having to remove the surround dash, correct?

    thats what the instructions imply..

    Its been 4 years since I did mine, so I'm a little foggy but I believe you have to get the left side loose enough to get your fingers back there to push the stock one out

    I took the entire thing off. But then again, I took it all off because I replaced it with the all black pc anyway.
