    I haven't done that part yet, and my post might be out dated. Currently, I have them as signals only, and I plan on installing the @MESO DRL harness at the headlights. See his post here.

    And see @caribe makaira post here. Maybe he can clarify in layman's terms which color wires? :notsure:

    Recently installed the DRL on the V5 turn signals. Not an easy mod, but so so worth it if you like the look. Went with amber to match the ditch pods backlight, and the amber side marker on the headlights.


    Went with the Plug N Play option that @MESO provides. Wires were ran through the door, cab, and to the driver side headlight. Purchased a T harness from user @daveeasa via this thread.
    Harness connects to the 2020+ LED OEM headlights. I asked for two separate sets of white and red wires coming off this harness, it is sold as the 'Raptor light option' in the link above. My setup has one set of red and white wires going to the two mirror turn signals, the other goes to the backlight feature on the SSC2 ditch pods.

    The SSC2 pods and DRL turn signals go on and off with the headlight control on the steering wheel. Mirror lights also dim when in park, or at night. Super happy with the functionality of this turn signal design and the brightness.

    I wanted the ability to turn the SSC2 backlight on when the vehicle was off (DRL off). I ran the extra 'raptor light' harness into the cab, and connected it onto the dual switch that Diode Dynamics sells. DRL and dual switch are touching the same wire that goes to the relay to trigger the SSC2 backlight.

    Thanks for the write-up. Looks good! Did you run the passenger wire under the dash, and then through the firewall with the Driver's side wire? Or, did they go through the firewall separately?

    plug and play if you ran the extra pigtail to the mirror assembly, otherwise you will need to remove the door panel again.

    So I totally skipped ordering wire harness for drls . Contacted meso and ordered a harness for drls. Bit confused they only sent me one drl harness!???!!!. Aren't you suppose to have two drl harnesses , driver side passenger side . I paid $15 . Is that $15 just for one harness our should have I gotten two harnesses for that $15 ? @MESO
