yeah, labor would probably be about $700 or so, so $1250 wouldnt be unreasonable. The second time through it would probably be a faster build though.

Good eye, the driver's side hole is about 1/8" off, but i havent pulled out the sanding disc on it yet so i'll even it up soon. they're just for air flow and access to the winch when i get it in there. I've got some Hella 500FF lights for the top of it, but i was considering recessing some fog's in on either side of it.

I think the recessed fogs is a good idea. I can't wait to see the finished product.

P.S. That rear bumper you made would look great on a Taco.

hmm, the paint it black thing sparked a thought for me. heres "city lights" powder coat that i just got done on my quad's frame. if i did my front bumper, a set of sliders, and then a rear bumper in this color it would really set the truck apart. what do you guys think of this? read the pic details in my gallery for a low-down on how this stuff behaves in the light.

I am vacationing in Moab Utah right now and I swear I saw a bumper just like yours. Looked great. Did you think about a white bedliner for the bumper. I have put that on many different things including airport heavy equipment. That way you wouldn't have to worry about keepin it waxed.....

Did you ever consider Line-X or Rhino Lining,You can get it in any color,In most cases they will fix a problem spot for free.A buddy did his whole 69 bronco forest green.Granted it does add weight but it wont chip or peel.Bumper looks great nice work!

have you considered anodizing that bumper? its like the best protection for aluminum and can be done in various colors -plus it looks the shit! most anodizers have decent size tanks that could submerge that bumper.
