My rear bumper! how to fix this!

    you have to buy a new bumper.. not gonna be able to bend that back and have the chrome surface intact...

    gotta love the internets.. ppl looking for help without providing any info...

    if you buy a new one.. gotta see if it bent the frame or mounting brackets.. other wise it'll be hard to install

    its already jacked so just mess around with this one and see wat you can do

    looks like the mounts loosened,,,so loosen them up some more,,use your jack on the bumper to level in the mounts, tighten up the mount bolts and you could be golden,,,maybe:rolleyes:,,,you shouldn't have to remove the bumper at all.

    Just put your jack under the lower side and bend it back into place ;)

    Sure you may screw it up royally but then you have a much better excuse for a new one :)

    Drifter wedge camper, Dual battery, OBA, ARB locker, 4.56 gears
    The bumper is held on by a lot of bolts.

    Just reloosen them, reposition the bumper, and tighten. IIRC there are 3-4 bolts per side, so 6 or 8 total.

    Buying a new bumper will be pricey bc the hitch itself is $1000+ MSRP. But if you don't care about it, you have a lot of cheaper solutions.

    From the picture it looks like all you need to do is loosen the mounting bolts and re-level it.
