Hey guys, I've read a couple of threads on how to trick the truck to make it think that its parked. So I can enter a address while in motion, but they are either old or I'd have to make the harness myself. I don't want to splice or alter the factory electrical wiring. Does anyone know if there is someone selling the harness that can bypass the nav and have the always on rear camera?!

My kit just arrived yesterday, I haven't even opened it. I plan on installing it Saturday, I also opted to get the Navigation override.

I did the anytime backup camera mod and had to splice in the nav override. It was pretty easy to do, but I did wish he offered the nav overrides at the time. But if your doing the nav override you might consider getting the camera kit so you're only pulling stuff apart once.

I probably use the nav override less than 6 times a year, but it's nice having it so my wife can enter an address while we're moving. I wish the truck was a little smarter knowing someone is in the passenger seat and to make everything available, but this solves it nicely.

i've read over the backup/ anytime camera thread, but knowing they made it a little easier is good and since i waited for the close to plug and play type thing, i'm interested to know how much different it is.. i'm in the same boat, i think if the seat can turn the air bag on and off it should be able to let the person sitting in the seat use the nav..
