4.5 in toyotech lift. access cab. 160,000+ miles v6 4.0

All my friends have lifted diesels and crap like that. I'm the only one with a tacoma. thinking of loading them up and riding around. Nothing that will destroy my truck. Just some mud a'slingin. Anybody got any ideas or want to plan something in the middle TN area?!
