Hey Everyone, I'm new here -- just picked up a great 2002 double cab and lovin' it. I'm having a really hard time finding a soft folding or roll up tonneau cover for it (I'm in Canada).

I need to keep the kids gear dry during the week, and easily remove it for dirtbikes on the weekend!

Anyone, know of any options? I couldn't find anything in a search.

    Cheers,
    T

I have the 6' version of this and use it when I don't have the cap on:
    https://www.amazon.com/Lund-95078-G...refinements=p_n_feature_browse-bin:2268036011

I've had 2 of them. Pretty well built for what they are. Lost the first one due to my own stupidity- didn't clamp it down properly and lost it on the highway. 2nd one is still going strong after 2 years of almost constant use.

Not enough to have a build thread.
I have one of these too and use it just like you. Only problem I have/had is the weather stripping broke/tore the last time I removed it and I'm not sure if it's replaceable....

How long to soft tops tend to last? Or does the fabric tend to tear after a short time?

Truxedo roll up tonneau, takes 10seconds to unlock and rollup to make room for your dirtbikes.
Just Google truxedo rollup tonneau cover and find a reliable site like realtruck or Autoanything that can ship to Canada.

This if from the softtopper FAQ

    IMG_3282.PNG.jpg

Mine a couple of years old, I bought mine used. But the material is durable

Here's a thread with a lot of info

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/lets-see-some-softoppers.277644/page-5

The only downside, is it does increase your blind spot a bit, I just adjusted my mirrors.

Brand new they run around 700ish
But you can find them used around 300-400
    I found mine for $75:D

    I know it's a 2nd gen but it's a good representation
