I like. Have fun cutting off the LCAs... @Rebelimo was doing the sawzall method until I told him to just cut them off at the arm and then use the grinder to grind out the bushing and bolt... that is what I would suggest to anyone honestly. @Wheelspinner I also have my old LCAs with bushings still in there

Buy nee and use a grinder to cur them off as stated above. Way less headache and won't take 6 hours

Yours were way harder to cut off than mine. Not sure if it was the battery powered sawzall, or I just got lucky.

Best thing I have found for doing lcas is dewalt 2x blades and lots of tool oil. Did mine first then did @Chux with them. Cuts fairly quick and does the job with 2 blades. One per side

You could probably drift your Taco with him if you wanted. Might not fully keep up, but you'd do just fine.

I'm from Randolph. Where you at?

The sleeve. The bolt usually comes out.

I just replaced my 2 year old worn out UCA uniballs with them. Went through two sets of uniballs and was willing to try something else. So far so good. Quiet. Greasable. Ask me after this winter how much I love them though.

If you need to check them out in person let me know. Not sure how’d they’d work on a lca but I guess I see no difference them being upside down vs right side up vs normal uniball in there.

The reason we have to cut it is because the bolt or the sleeve doesn't come out. On mine neither came out.

I'm not sure how the first gens are setup but on the second gens there is a gap between the mount on the frame and the arm itself where the sleeve is at its narrowest point. That's where I go. It leaves a peice behind on the mount but a few whacks with a hammer and it falls out

Does anyone know the model year cut-off for 2nd Gen headlights?

    I've heard '05 - '11 are interchangeable.

But also heard that it's actually '05 - '10 and that they started using different headlights in 2011

It depends on what you buy. The second thread shows installing polybushings where you need to reuse the center tube, some poly kits include tubes. If you replace with OEM or aftermarket OEM replacements, then they should have sleeves and tubes.

This... the energy suspension kit you have to reuse the core and basically rebuild it yourself

That's a stupid low price, has anybody died from them yet?
    EDIT:Tried them yet?
Considering that the bushings and ball joints for a pair should be at least $100, that leaves 75 for metal and 3 for paint.
Seems too good to be true.
