    I'm on his side not worth more then 5k.
    Engine problems 3k.
    Interior is probably shot, I'm guessing rust issues as well. Just because it's a Toyota dosnt make it worth a ton.
    I used to love the older trucks. Now I would rather have the comfort of a second gen. More hp then 1st and 3rd, no comparison to 80s trucks. But just my opinion. Means nothing.

    Sorry , but , old as fuck rusty bucket with a motor older then most of you. Lol. Its A problem child of one as well. Meh. Go get a beat up newer gen and fix it up.
    The interior on the old trucks sucks donky balls. A/c good luck. It would be a money pit and still be a toy. Never a fun street truck. But only a few old guys will give you the thumps up. Lol

    Pretty accurate. Gave up on the A/C system for my ‘86 after fixing it and realizing I could still produce more cold air with the wave of my hand. Also, anytime I sat in my truck longer than an hour at a time, it felt like I was laying in a coffin. Uncomfortable and wasn’t the best truck for my daily driving needs, but it was still a solid beast that I never doubted. Took me everywhere every day for about 3 years until I upgraded to a first gen Tacoma. For the first week I felt like I was driving a Rolls Royce compared to the ‘86.
