    Loud when I want, quiet(er) when I don’t.
I’ve had electronic cutouts on other vehicles but I prefer the vacuum. It’s quicker and more reliable.

I like the fact that you have less electrical components to worry about with this setup

Well everybody will know when MESO is boosting! That is going to be LOUD! Add a solenoid to that vac line and you can turn it on/off as needed.

My goal with the dual 2-1/2’s is plenty of flow (all flow through components), no drone, and hopefully combine the 2 sides at the same time to create a unique sound with plenty of turbo spool noise. We will see what happens...

More than enough flow for the HP numbers we are trying to achieve. If any drone I’m prepared with a helmholtz Resonator to weld on. As for sound... yes it’s going to be loud. Not just the exhaust, but also the intake side. The snorkels act as a sound tube/amplifier and I can already hear the hooked up
Passenger side suck in air and growl under WOT. Soon they will be broadcasting a distinct spool sound out both sides for the world to hear

No kidding! It will definitely sound as good as it looks. You have a pretty unique truck, not one like it. I almost went with the dd exhaust like you first did, but changed my mind and decided to weld my own.

I sent you a PM about the tacopods, what size display did you end up going with? Getting some ZIF extension for the screen I got and hopefully either get a case from you or make my own.

    Thanks for the kind words!
It’s a 1.5” OLED. I’m using flat Ethernet from pod to controller and it’s working great. Flexible and easy to snap dash panels back over without creating a gap.
As for taco pods.. the original design(up on top of the dash)are dialed and done. But I am working on a new location which I think will be even better and more stealth:D

I'm guessing first batch owners will be installing theirs after the turbo kits are already in? Since I know R&D can take awhile

We’ll see how soon mat gets the kits ready. He’s got a lot more R&D to do than me lol.
PLX makes good stuff. Won’t be able to fit the round gauge in mine, but there’s another member in here that is making a bracket for the air vents.

I’ve finally settled on a location for my TacoPods. This spot does not obstruct any factory gauges and is clearly visible without sticking out too much(like on top of the dash)
    Don’t mind the white...just prototype color:rofl:

Maybe I am not seeing the whole thing or finished work but that Y doesn’t look equal. Have you seen what @Roostfactor is doing for the 2nd gen?
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...pe-for-2nd-gen-tacoma-t4r-fj-cruisers.578228/

Maybe it matters less post turbine? @Torspd or someone more knowledgeable can chime in... Does having equal lengths after a turbine still have scavenging advantages or do the turbines add turbulence/back pressure and “break up” the pulses?

It’s just laying on the ground for mock up. Nothing is cut or welded. When it gets full fabricated The passengers side will have a “loop” in it like roosters for proper equal length:thumbsup:

I can confirm, Toyota opened up the fuel pump recall for either all or a few of the 2019s last week. Mine’s in the shop getting the work done as we speak so just a heads up for everyone to call their dealers.

I don’t think Mat shipped anything. The email was just him closing out the order since the manifolds arrived.

    It's not.
The email was just to close/ confirm manifolds, since the orders will still open on our processor
