    The wiring harness I ordered (recommended by forum members here) also said it wouldn't fit my truck on Amazon. I guess it's not always right

    That is what I am thinking. I watched a guys video that used the part numbers that I was going to order and the only difference is his is a 2018 and mine is a 2019 I do not think there is any difference between the year’s first that setup not work on mine. maybe I will go ahead and order those parts and let people know once I get it how it goes.
