People are mad for other people. They realize they could be in the same boat with 1-3k sitting in someone elses' accounts with no guarantee of ever receiving the product they paid for.

If I recall this is exactly how all-pro lost their official vendor status.

I would be interested to see how everything played out for people that had open orders during the transition at all-pro. Looks like trail gear is really picking up pace with the all-pro armor production.

They were in a similar situation late last year. A lot of orders being unfulfilled and people getting no responses. Seemed they were moving locations a lot and laying off employees. They lost vendor status. They went dark for a bit on social media then news came that trail gear bought them out. Now it seems like production is going on 24/7 and they even have stock of some products.

I have the sliders and think they are great and would be interested in more armor. I've asked about some new 3rd gen products (I.e. Rear bumpers and plate bumpers) and trail gear has given positive feed back.

I guess PB, could just get someone in China (just like eBay knockoffs) to mass produce their bumps, and have a greater profit margin...

I'm sure it's been requested before but just in case it gets lost in the sauce, would someone be so kind as to post any "official" updates from the various social medias for those of us that do not partake, please?

I emailed on the 30th for a status update on my "vendor issue aluminum delays" for the skid I bought on july 4th, stating 1-2 week lead time, which turned into 4-6 extra weeks and got no reply. Just sent another email to ask for an update before I start a CC dispute. I'll post up if they reply.

Anyone else asked for and gotten any updates?

According to the California's Secretary of State website, Satin became the only Director in Pelfreybilt in April 2018. Prior to that, going back as far as 2014 both Satin and Tyler were Directors. Draw your own conclusions in context of how things have developed over the past few months. Searching elsewhere on the web reveals that there MAY have been relevant filings in March, prior to the 2018 Director change. As I don't have a PACER account, I can't verify.

Given the very limited communication, I know if I had money on the line and could get it back through a credit card or otherwise I would not hesitate. Make no mistake - not communicating with customers re: the status of their $ is a legal strategy of some sort, even if a "backup" strategy in the they fail to find an investor, buyer, financier.

Good people, with good intentions sometimes get them selves in situations that cause more than a little harm to others. Particularly when customers are in effect financing the future of the company (materials, labor, and profit) with their payment in advance for orders.

Well at this point, *begin scarcasm* since PB clearly are concerned with "family" by the constant stream of updates *end scarcasm*, don't expect anything. :frusty:

I saw the same document however I saw it matching up with when they moved buildings. It looked like they were just updating the business address.

We need information, and it would be a great if some more people closer to the situation would weigh in. And as far as the NDAs, if the company is in such financial peril that they temporarily stop business and layoff personnel, why would anyone think those NDAs will be enforced?? As long as its not grounds for libel (they've already ruined their company's reputation and "image") there isn't anything to protect or seek damages. NDAs are up there with cell phone and payday/used car loan contracts. Worthless and one-sided. I am NOT an attorney but have been involved with NDAs, so only a layman's direct experience speaking.

Fun facts: PB posted they had items in stock on Jul 24th, I ordered those products on the 27th. All I have to show for it is their swag pack box....riiight.

edit: clarification... breaking the nda is only for anecdotal information and not about requesting IP (intellectual property) such as measurements, drawings, techniques or technology developed to make the products. THAT I would expect to be enforced.

Unless there were progress pictures or some form of proof what they paid for wasn't just vapor filled promises ... that's just plain naive.

Well, you haven't read this thread before posting or you did and then promptly forgot what you read because there are a lot of people who care and have paid money for no products.

This is entirely is subjective and not constructive.

For all you ppl hopping on the bandwagon to talk shit about Pelfreybilt....I know for fact they are doing all they can right now and trying to get information to everyone as they get it. Hopefully when you are down and out, someone doesn't piss on your grave like you all have been doing to Satin and Tyler....or perhaps I'll secretly wish you get it two fold!
