The rhino line in the mounting holes probably created differences in where the bolts tightened up. There should be enough leeway to fine tune spacing, I'm sure the shop just threw them on there and didn't look at spacing.

I'm not sure there is a best light. I have the Rigid DOT fogs offered by Pelfreybilt and I've had no problem.

Do you find the rigid fogs to be bright?? I'm wanting a set for my bumper just unsure on how bright they are

Mine aren't too bright. The key is to make sure they are aimed correctly. Blinding oncoming traffic is never fun.

They make an Off-Road and a DOT approved version which can be used on the street. I have the DOT's mounted in the bumper holes. They aren't too glary and are awesome for driving and will not blind oncoming traffic. The Dually version are specifically for off-road use only and are bright as hell. I have those mounted on my roof rack as cornering lights (Off-Road...:D)

Thanks man I'll go check it out! I wasn't sure if I wanted to do just the offroad lights or the dot ones since I always turn my fogs on with the headlights but I didn't want it to not have enough light for offroad

Got the front bumper on finally, looks badass and the definition of heavy-duty!
Thanks Tyler, was awesome to see the shop and meeting you!
Anyone have any pics of how they mounted the winch solenoid and where?
I got a smittybilt xrc 9500. It's been a pain just mounting it and any kind of help would be appreciated 20160422_185743.jpg

Figured out where and how to mount the solenoid.
Here's how I installed the smittybilt winch control box for anyone else in the future that struggled like I did.
I cut that cross brace for the solenoid to clear, it still braces the center support and the passenger side isn't flimsy

Also had to notch the grill for the plug in, hardly noticeable and works great

Hope this helps, if I would of seen something like this I would of saved at least an hour or so worth of scratching my head and overthinking.

    And the end result20160423_175608.jpg

But isn't that be best part of installing a winch?

Glad you were able to figure it out. Install looks good.

You're right. It's all part of wheeling and wrenching

Any skid plate pics from customers?
Skids are next on my list. Then sliders and rear bumper w/ tire carrier.
