Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.

Kind of pricey for that and its not 3/4 shackle either. After I finish getting my 81 toyota pickup to daily driver standards im getting the 2012 front bumper but dont like the factory hook got a regular hook I put on but I just prefer the shackle

That's correct. If the intent is to add a bumper then an additional shackle mount would not be needed

I'm starting to go down the route of the more technical stuff so figure I might as well armor it up before I bend it all up.

Pretty sure the rack would get a bit smaller but overall shape and features would be the same.
I suppose at this point drilling a few holes in yours would be pretty minor all things considered.
I haven't made one for a roof without factory threaded holes and am trying to determine the best way to attach it without having to remove headliner. I installed one years ago, cant recall the brand (con-fer, I think)and it had some rubber lined blind nuts of some sort and they didn't work well and leaked so that's not acceptable.

Good thinking. Its nice to get that spare out of harm's way too, nothing worse than a flat spare when you need it.

excellent, are you going to try and keep the LED bar in the bumper? And are you going to make a hybrid or is it going to be plate like the 12+ one?

Trying to keep led bar option inside bumper. Will be making a full plate and a hybrid version.

Yes, if it will fit. There is a lot less room to work with on the 05-11's but I'm trying to make it work. Ill have to go flat top across the front and contour around the grille rather than below the grille but I think we can make it happen. It's a nice feature. Lots of folks are sticker shocked by the cost of the LED bars but they are super sleek when integrated into the bumper and he cost is similar to what conventional rounds that are HID would run you for a pair anyhow. It's all a matter of preference, we try to give people good options.
