Thanks man.. that's why I was asking. The top plate spacer really isnt a lift tho. I think Its like 10mm. Thats it. I just want to level It again. I'm happy with the performance of the pro comp kit. It did give me three inches, but noe the front has settled so It doesnt sit as level as id like. I'm not looking to get more lift for bigger tires or anything. My cv angles are fine too. Never have had any problems and it goes anywhere off road. They made those top plate spacers for a reason right? I Mean they should work.. unless they are only for the 5100's.. I don't wsnt to replace the entire suspension cuz Im actually really happy with this kit.

I was thinking the same thing, just a little more lift up front would be perfect.

I emailed toytec and asked them some questions about. Just waiting on a response. I think two 1/4 spacers (one each side) would be enough. They raise it a half an inch. they dont preload the springs since its on top of the coilovers. We will see.

It's a little stiffer than stock but no big deal. Supposedly it'll settle down even more. I need to look in to removing my sway bar. The kit was coils and AALs and shocks. I love it!

Maybe y'all have had this problem or maybe its not even a problem at all. I got this kit the coils and the AAL's everything was fine for 15K miles then when I rolled over 25K on my truck the steering wheel shakes back and forth at about 40-55 ish. So I put a new steering rack on and it still does it but only when it wants to. Like I could be going 45 for 5 min then all of a sudden it quits then when I go around a turn it does it again. I have had 3 places tell me everything up front is tight. Tires plus, Toyota, my buddy mechanic. Im running 20s on 33x12.5. Toyo mts. I was also wondering if y'all could take some pictures of the front sway bar bushings/brackets so I can compare to mine. I reaaly want then wobble in the wheel to go away. If it's easier for you to txt me the pictures I will be more than glad to give my number.

    Help pleaase!!

What does that have to do with my problem lol? I don't think the mud flap has anything to do with the steering problem.

Yes they did. I got free tire balances on all tires since that didn fix the problem. I honestly think I have tried everything. The tires are fine. No coupling or anything like that. My uncle thinks it could be I rotated them to much. I did it every 3K and moved the front straight back and then crossed the back up front. Idk.

Yes, especially with your heavy ass wheel/tire combo. Your steering rack will also wear prematurely. Check your tie rods and ball joints too.

Never thought of wheel bearings. Got to see how much that will cost. Kinda pissed off. Spend 520 bucks on a new steering rack and its still not fixed. Tie rods and ball joints are good.

Yeah man, def check those out. Just jack the front end up and try wiggling your tire back and forth. If they have any play in them, then it's probabbly your wheel bearings.

Hope you figure it man! Good luck.

Edit: Here are some part #'s for wheel bearings, tie rods etc. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...el-bearing-replacement-part-s-general-bs.html
