I had the 6" Procomp lift installed at the dealership here. When they ordered the lift from Procomp they had to specify whether my Tacoma had RSCA / VSC or not. I've had no problems since the lift. Handles great.

You're in good company. You definitely want to do or have the dealer do a "zero point calibration." For some folks that seems to put the issue to bed. But for other folks that still doesn't completely solve the issue. Check this thread.

Went to a local tire/alignment shop and had the front end alignment done, especially Toe In, and then had the "zero point calibration" re-set to zero. Problem is considerably better, but the VSC will kick in occasionally in otherwise normal conditions. I double-checked with the local Toyota dealer and was informed that the "zero point calibration" is all that can be done. This procedure supposedly zero's the Yaw Rate sensor and Steering Position Sensor and there is no other calibration necessary or available (but thats coming from the dealers shop foreman, for what its worth).

Anyone in the SW Virginia area needing an alignment or zero calibration can go to CC Rosen & Sons in Mt. Crawford, VA (540-234-8473). Great bunch of guys and very aware of the Toyota VSC issues. Charged $50 for the alignment and $25 for the zero calibration. I was in/out in 45 minutes for $75 bucks! Not bad and I avoided the dealership.

Still no clear explanation as to why some trucks respond better to the zero point calibration better that others . Stock sucks.. I'll stay lifted!
