I bet you could give the seller a call at their number and just simply ask if that is indeed the case. I know with my spyder lights, they didn't know much, but could tell me what bulbs would and would not work.

I'm just here for the review. They'll most likely be crap, but you never know. I'm always on the lookout for that hidden gem.

GHOST!!!!!!!! Whats up man! Im sure they will, but if you want that cool look, you got to do it right like everything else. Not to say this isn't a bad route if you like that bezel design.

Just bugs me that the truck is pretty much blacked out except for the huge chrome reflector bowls up front. Doesn't bug me enough to spend almost $1k on "just headlights" and do it right, but would change the aesthetics for me.

You could shoot for some of the OEM headlights with black bezel that still utilize the stock halogens? I agree man I can see that being annoying if my stuff was completely blacked out except for the lights.

just a couple of things tbh
I was able to read up on the h9 projector it comes with to get high and low beam you have to have a special bulb otherwise you are going to have a bright low beam and that's it lol but for the looks I may still get it not sure yet

So far so good. Just curious about how to upgrade the H9's since they are high/low beam. I just want to reduce the heat output.

I installed the OPT7 Fluxbeam LED H11. They are a single beam bulb. According to the distributer of the projector lights you have, which I think are the same ones I have, the head light has a motorized reflective mirror that moves when you turn the high beams on which in turns moves the beam of the light upwards and that's how you get your high beams. I did install the H11 and turned the high beams on and sure enough the beam moved upwards and wala I had high beams.

Thank you for the insight. Yes. It does have the motorized mirror. How do you like the OPT7's?? Could you tell me more about them? How was the installation? I'm finding them for about $90.00. Is that about right? Thanks for the input!

I really like the OPT7's, they are very bright, although I haven't done any adjustments to the headlights yet, I have only turned them on in my driveway the day I installed them at night. I haven't driven on the street with them yet. The price is about right, I also installed the OPT7's for my fogs too. I don't drive my truck very much, actually I haven't driven the truck in about 3 weeks. I have a company service van, so my truck sits in the driveway most of it's life. Sad such a nice truck and I don't get to drive it. Hope this helps, If I get a chance to drive the truck, I will let you know how the output is.

Its a shutter on the inside for high beam. When you switch to high beams a soleniod moves the shutter causing the beam to move. Ergo, you dont need a double filimant bulb. I am curious as well on light output. I did retrofits on my stock lights but recently fried my rgb halos. I was thinking of buying these so I can take my sweet a@# time redoing my stock ones again. You running led, hid, or halogens for bulbs?
