DRL mod with switch, rear spring TSB, trans TSB, tailgate mod, snug-top shell.
    TSB means Technical Service Bulletin.
It is not a manufacturer's recall but more of a... "if the customer complains, here's what you do to fix the problem"... kinda deal.

It could cover just about anything.
For example, my '02 Camaro had one to replace the sail panel for paint bubbling and is/was a big deal on the Camaro forums.

I believe you are probably talking about the Tacoma suspension TSB here though.
Do a search for suspension TSB and that might get you some more info on it.

I haul $H!T all the time and notice that when i go on some of the roads around my house, that i need to hold an and brace my body. hitting those bump stops suckkkkkkkkkkkkkk

    completely stock
I think if your less then 3yr or 36,000 you can get it done. It may fall under the 7 year 60k on the powertrain. The TSB is for all tacomas with 3 leaves in the rear. Go to a dealer near you and ask for it. If you are out of warranty you can probably find a shop near you that can make custom springs to your specs. Back in NY there were shops that could make any leaf springs you wanted for around $300-$400.

TSB is only covered under factory warranty 3 years 36K miles.
    "APPLICABLE WARRANTY
    • This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for
36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s in-service date.
    • Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customer’s specific

    complaint."

There is no VIN listing. It applies to
"2005 – 2008 Tacoma Body Type(s): Access Cab Double Cab".
It was posted in Sept 2008 which is why 2005 was still listed.
    Regular Cabs are not covered.

    The TSB's are listed here....
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/7107-tsb-list-2005-2008-toyota-tacoma.html

It is not a recall..it is based off customer complaints, so they are not required to fix/repair it. No certain VIN's or models are affected, it is not a manufacturer defect/safety hazard, it is how they make them to appeal to 'most' people and some people don't like it and enough complained.
