Re-torque propeller shaft bolt

I'm doing the 60K service on my 2005 4WD Tacoma and came across the direction to re-torque propeller shaft bolt. Can someone tell me exactly which bolt(s) are they referring to? Thanks

Do I need to re-torque all the bolts along the propeller to complete the job? BTW, are the drive shaft and the propeller shaft the same thing?

I've never done this on any of my 6 trucks. What's the downside? Anyone ever have a problem???
