Where can I go to find install instructions my new 2005 front/rear bumpers from Relentless? I have a couple plates and hardware that came with it, and I want to make sure I install correctly.

They aren't really posted aside from what's in the OP. The small tabs and 1/4" bolts are to the light recesses, the 7/16 with stacks of washers go to the bottom mounts on the front bumper, the long 1/2" bolts are for the front bumper brace plates to go through the frame and secure them down. For the rear, the smallest pair of screws are to hold in the license plate lights and the slightly later with collars are for your license plate

Thanks for the quick response. I figured it out. Thanks.. I post pictures tomorrow. The TJM 10k winch fits in your bumper just fine.

Just got a few questions that i want to clarify.

The aluminum bumper is just as strong as the steel one and it is lighter and wont rust.

Also, does the predator guard add some protection on the edge of the headlight (does it stick out enough that it can protect the fender flare area), or is more for the look?

Having a hard time choosing between the aluminum or steel bumper with either the predator guard or summit guard. Any suggestions?

[IMG] Eric welded on my sliders & I picked up my skid plates Monday. [IMG]
Skids will be installed later today.
I'll be getting the aluminum with the predator guard someday.

Nice. Thanks for the pictures. I still cant tell if the predator guard sticks out enough to do anything. Saw your post earlier on live i think, truck looks good 4banger.

Is there a reason your going with the aluminum over steel other than the weight? Im leaning towards it cause from what i read aluminum doesnt corode the same way as steel does.

For the weight with my 4Banger.
I tried to find the side shot of it I saw on here somewhere but couldn't.
I don't post on live & the pics are of Anthony's (PSU Taco85). I love what Eric did for his rear.

Those arnt the issue, its the stock 6 bolts (3 on each side) the bumper is actualy held on by. Its a thing piece of metal and they can bend fairly easily, especially when winching.

Heres Lurrys, he gusseted both sides, ill be doing the same when i pull my bumper off to mount the winch here soon, ill have cleaner welds for sure :D

Alright super, thats not too bad then. I didnt know when reading, if it was the bumper or not. That clears it up to the max though haha. Thanks for that and the pictures.

Is that all you can do to strengthen the bumper attatchements? I dont have my bumper so i dont have a reference to how things fit, so im not sure if that would be even possible, or worth it.

    thanks again

Yes exactly right there I.kind of had a similar ides was thinking about adding another place or removing that one all together make it thicker and then gusset behind plus there is a spot I think I can add a new bolt and hole each side on the part of the fram that's virtical.. Because maaaan did mine ever get bent I was stuck in 32"s of mud
