Gotcha. Didn't realize you worked out there, if I had more than about a 1/2 hr commute I'd probably want to live closer as well.

I've only ever been out on my quad a couple times. Its pretty fun.
Side note, does anyone recognize this truck? My dad bought it last weekend from the suby dealer in Carson. 05, 55k miles. Its pretty clean, a tad over accesorized though. Hes fixing that. The bull bar, steps, and shiny wheels and street tires are coming off. I think my sister and I might be buying him an ARB bumper, if he doesnt buy it before we can. It also has a carpet kit under the shell that he already took out. I tried to buy his roofrack, no dice.

Nice, now the real fun begins. All the bank crap sucks. Im pretty sure had we had a first born, they would have wanted it.
bank- "can we get xxxx documents?"
me-"we already gave you those, twice."
bank-"well we cant seem to find them, can you send them again"
That crap gets old fast, but when it closes it should all be worth it, I know ours is. Good luck!!!!

Outstanding! I don't know if you've already decided on a home inspector, but this guy is fantastic! He'll give you a multi-page, detailed report with color pics and the works. Definitely knows what he's looking at as well.

No bank BS when you pay cash

After all the things we found that the inspector didn't on our current house we are going to do the inspection ourselves and if we find anything serious then call in an "expert" show him the problem(s) so he can put it in writing and make it official.
The house was built in '11 and never lived in so all we have to do is clean & move in. Then down the road come the projects. Bigger patio & cover, workshop/storage shed, lower some ceilings. And other Honey-Do's.
