Going down the only road I've ever known....haha.

What size tires are those and how are you not rubbing those front mini mud flaps. Those were probably the first thing to go on my truck

Pardon my ignorance but at some point I'll need to get my S/C rebuilt. Removing the lower intake manifold is pretty much just unbolt and then reinstall seals, no messing with cams or valves, correct?

    Thanks

265 70 R17. I heated them up and bent them forward. They were off for the longest time but I figure I get an extra .00000019 MPG having them on. :D

Correct. Just two metal gaskets and I think 8 bolts.
DONT remove the torx safety bolts, just the standard ones.

Nice. I have 265/75/16s and they rubbed the front flaps pretty good so I removed them. Installed wheel spacers and the large flaps rubbed. Finally broke down and got a heat gun to fix the rub.

Roosty nailed it with me being internet challenged, lol. By all means I want you to start your own thread, this is your show my man! I’ll figure out how to link this with the new one. Im having an absolute blast driving my truck with his y-pipe and all the other mods we did a couple of months ago. The cooler weather has been great. Zero issues to speak of and I’m still amazed at how great it sounds and how fast it is. I’m tangling with 400+ horsepower cars and trucks and not giving an inch. I love how mad everybody gets, to the point an Audi S7 driver ran a red light to get away. It’s way too much. I love it.

Just out of curiosity, can you describe the bad sound that is associated with the unequal length Y? The OEM is unequal length right? Why is the no cat version so much worse sounding?

    Thanks!

picture two people singing the same song in harmony. done correct it sounds awesome. have one pro singer, and a drunk amature thats out of key do the same duet. awful. kinda like that. harmony, and balance will always sound better. when it comes to flowing exhaust balance IS power.
