    Klipp when you prepped up the sides on the inside of the grille did you cut down alittle of the middle portion to accomidate the fabricated pieces to insert to fill them in order to have one whole piece for each side for more stablility?

    not sure i get your question, but i think you're asking if i trimmed up the piece in the centre here?

    no, i just left it the same length. you can see the edges of the insert hang down a little lower than the plastic on either side. just blended them together afterward.

    this satoshi came out really clean! It seems much easier then fiberglass and bondo route. I took that route and it was a good learning experience but it definitely took a long time.

    WOW man, very nice. Im attempting this once i trade my grille with billet to my buddy for two stock grilles. Could you get a pit of how you attached the mesh to the grill surround, Im a little confused how/what it looks like when attached. THANKS
