Hey all, F'n new guy here.

Just bought a new-to-me '07 Prerunner SR5 TRD Sport. Love it so far.

One issue that I need to fix is the dash panel on the passenger side that covers the airbag. It has a pretty big scratch/gouge in it. I'm stumped on how to go about fixing it because it has that odd covering and dimpled texture and the scratch exposed the grey underneath.

My thoughts are that I can't just sand it and paint it, there's no way that would match the texure or color for that matter.

I've also thought of removing the whole panel, filling the scratch somehow and then Plast-Durp'n the whole thing. I think that would be the closest thing to the factory covering.

Anyone have any other ideas? I'm worried I'll end up having to pull all the other matching panels (Dside, doors, etc.) and doing them too just to get a good match.

    Cheers.
