Shake?

On my friends 01 Tacoma ext cab he gets a strong vibration from the wheels at about 60 mph and continues until he slows down to anything below 50 and then it will go away. he took it into the shop and they said his alignment is good to go also he bought new tires. Don't know the exact size but the old ones had a rub on the inner side. Any ideas guys thanks.

Thanks buddy when we get back from this deployment we will definately get this checked out. Basically need to find a really good shop and also someone that gives a crap about their products and time spent at work.
