Ya sorry got a little worked up there. I am just saying. I am new, I got questions, they may be in another thread, but here I am on my own thread asking these questions. If you don't want to answer them then don't, but if someone that feels like helping out a less knowledgable person on this subject, then please do.

OZ, I am going to do you a favor. Do you know of a thread that will answer all of my questions about installations so I don't have to reinvite the wheel with my questions on here?

We were all newbies once. But folks go easier on you if you do your homework first, and ask questions second, instead of the other way 'round. Here's my suspension choice angst thread: Here's the answer to your question. But I'm going to tell you how I found it first.

in google.com, I entered the following string exactly:

    "5100 install" site:tacomaworld.com

The quotes makes it so only that exact phrase will be matched. the site:tacomaworld.com means that google will only search on this site. I got several pages of results, most of which were folks asking to find a thread where 5100 install was described. But one was the actual thing.

I'm tempted not to put it here and leave it "as an exercise to the reader." :stirthepot:

    nah.

Quite possible this question will piss some people off. I asked the question about what measurements to take. Sure I am going to measure the height before and after, but is that what you were referring to? The way it was written seemed like there is a measurement that HAS to be taken. These are simply done to know how much lift the truck got.

Are there ways to change these after installation to match how it was prior. I figured once installed those things mentioned above are pretty much at the position they are going to be in and can not be changed.

35.00 shipped for my unused coil spacers and 80.00 for new AALs is cheaper than any of the options you listed. It'll be great.
