    Blacked out radiator and lines and stuff:

    Tomorrow I will search for meshing and install that.

    ^ You just pop the hood with the latch in your cabin and slide your hand between the hood and grille and pull the latch with your fingers.

    you fiberglass so that you have something to mount the mesh on and so it cleans up everything nicely

    ^ No because the pillars are connected about a 1/4 in so even if you sanded the edges down when you mount the mesh in order for it to sit flush it would be slanted inwards at the bottom. If you look closely at your grill you'll see what I mean.

    VHT high temp engine paint, in flat black, so far no peeling and it has been offroad a bit and dropped in some "puddles"

    What he said, when you cut it you'll see what he means. I used just bondo on the bottom and for the top fiberglass then bondo.

    Fiberglass work is easy but time consuming and very itchy. I think I payed 6 bucks for my fiberglass kit, you can get it at advanced auto or auto zone.
