I'm not sure what the full schematic looks like. Only that the remote start requires interrupting that signal to keep the keyless remote working after remote starting.

It is pin 33 on the 1H connector near the left kick panel.

TPMS and keyless entry share certain components, so it makes sense.

I just wanted to provide an update in case this proves useful for anyone installing the remote start on a Gen 3 and not wanting to cut the TPMS/Ignition wire.

I was able to locate some wiring connectors on a Scion car in a junk yard that had the same style terminals/pin in the connector as the 1H. I depined my 1H (as shown in aftermarket remote start manual) and installed a flying lead or pigtail wire in its placed. From there you can make your circuit up to complete the remote start install.

Or just cut your wire. :)

You don’t have to cut it. Strip the coating off of it in the middle make a hole in the wire you can slide the other wire through, twist it and solder. No cutting if the wire. Tape it

True. But if you want to keep it where you can switch back to Factory with no signs of damage to the wire the depin can do it.

Also, I didn't test this but I think the remote starter needs to be in series so a tap wouldn't work.

What did you do with the removed terminal and wire? ...Mating male terminal and some heat shrink? Or wrap around bare copper and tape?

I used a male terminal coming from my remote starter to plug into the factory female sumitomo terminal. I then heat shrinked it. I should have taken some pics but the dash is back together for now.

You would never see it snip the wire off and wrap it in the cloth type electrical tape no one would even know.
Definitely works not a tap directly wire to wire.

Does anyone know what the pin type/size is for the 1H connector? Specifically pin number 33.

RE: I believe the connector you are looking for has the part number "82998-24290" . I have seen these in the past and have been able to use some from other manufacturers as well. Just play with it enough and you get it in there.
Also, when working in these winter conditions its a good idea to wear gloves to protect your skin from drying out and cracking. That along with some gold bond always does the trick for me.

RE: Jergen's is also really good. I notice in this picture I can see every crack and crevice in your hand. Like taintsandtacomas said gloves are a MUST when you are working in these environments. I feel like I know what your exact fingerprint looks like just from this picture. Apply some lotion and have a nice day!!!!!

LOL! Naturally wrinkly hands. Lotion will not fix those problems. LOL

For real though, you will want to be very careful grabbing those wires.....

Pretty high chance you will cut through the insulation with those dry puppies.

I know these struggles. Gold bond makes a "working hands" formula that doesnt leaving me feeling all greasy after. The part number is B008WERFUO
