:boom: lol, its my next mod on the list. Unfortunately don't have the funds at this moment or i would have already pulled trigger. Just bought a house. Damn that's expensive. Got to see @TacoFMS setup, damn it was sexy lol. Love the new hangers!

I made these 1/2” spacers for the archive bumps out of some HDPE and I no longer need them. Free if anyone wants them. You’ll just need longer bolts.

I think they are inactive, I have reached out to them to update website listing and pricing, it will probably be a mess

To help TW members make educated choices and avoid aftermarket parts with issues, I'm sharing this evidence.

Also, read about a TW member had multiple failures and finally replaced with our durable Option 3 U-bolt flip:

Look at the misaligned U-bolts from this brand:

The same brand has large gaps to sides of the leaves:

Have a handful of Option 3 boxed ready to ship immediately.

Dropped Lead time on Option 3 to 7 days

Option 3 is our best Ubolt flip option
, soft engagement, and allows max bump travel, critical on Tacoma

I know it’s been a while but I have been looking for something just like these with no luck. I have the bilstein 5110 and went with the superbump option. When I cycled the suspension the shock bottomed out before the superbump.

We are going to be offering spacers soon.
I think you are referring to the B110? They are very long for stock location at 16.3" I think. The longest you should put in the stock location is 15.5"
This is why a lot of people jump to the shock relocation, because you get several inches more droop, but with the Archive shock relocation kits, you get to keep maximum bump travel.

Giving up bump travel is a horrible existence, don't live like that. The Tacoma only has 2.5"-3" til stock bumps hit the frame, dismal.

I was just curious if he still had the spacers or if I was going to have to make some of my own. That’s good to know you guys will be making some but I’ll need something for my next wheeling trip so I’ll have made some by then.

My next step is the shock relocate but in the meantime the b110 shocks have been awesome for what I use them for (low speed crawling). There’s no high speed wheeling around my area nor would I be interested in it. The truck is also not built for it. Prior to having the flip kit I had the stock bumps, with a homemade spacer that they would strike up on top at the frame. With the b110’s and that setup it was fine, I just wanted the extra clearance under the axle and got tired of getting hung up at that point at times (just eliminating another point of contact). Also the added benefit of a softer bump is a major plus.

Here is a pic of the axle on jack stands and the amount of bump travel I have, which is more then enough for the wheeling I do along with daily driving it. Sacrificing bump travel for added droop was my focus. Shock relocate and the hangers will be next on my list.

In this pic the rear is not even fully cycled with my previous setup (prior to the flip kit) with the home made spacer.

Okay thanks, I’ll make up a set this week. I appreciate it though, figured I’d ask since we are so close by. Found the thread trying to see if there were spacers made for them.

Awesome, when do you think they would be available by? Also wanted to mention the quality of the flip kit was beyond expectation. I also got the poly shackle bushings, for the stock shackles from you guys and was very happy with the outcome.

Option 3 Archive Speed bumps are 3.25" tall above Ubolt plate.

By design it is a little taller than a stock bump stop to start working sooner at slowing weight down so that it is more progressive feeling than a stock rubber bump which is more like a light switch on or off. Option 3 has a soft intial engagement, but compresses significantly to about 1/2 it's height.

I’ll be doing a shock relocation this weekend and wanted to ask how much those the option 3 bumpstops compress. I’ll be taking apart the leaf pack so I can cycle the suspension, looking at you comment the bumpstops compresses about half its height so I need to take that into consideration when setting the up travel of the shock?
So the shock shaft should be 1” plus whatever half the height of the bumpstop is?

    About 1.75" compression
With shock relocation, You want to leave about 1" shock shaft to account for full compression with axle articulating, so that's compared to full bump height with axle horizontal

    So
So I first take off the leaf springs and only leave the main ones on both sides then I used a jack to raise the axle as soon as the bumpstops touch the chassis there should 1” or 2” of shock shaft showing to tack the lower mount?

I don’t have to take into consideration the hammer hangers correct? Meaning they don’t affect the up travel?
I have them install already and was wondering if they somehow affected this measurements

If the axle is horizontal and the option 3 bumps just touch, then you should have about 1.75" + 1" so about 2.75" left on the shock

Hangers don't change where the bumps are compressed
