I have a Base Model 4cyl truck with no tach and would really like to add one.

My questipon is this: Will a 98-2000 Cluster with a tach be a simple plug-n-play operation and work without any issues with just the stock wiring harness?

There was a similar question posed some time ago and no one even replied to the OP thread. Here is that link.....not that its really relivant but I did not want to revivie an old thread....

maybe look around local junkyards and see if you can snag a cluster for cheap... maybe out at the pick n pull they might have one

it would be worth a shot to see if it works if the price is right
