In all honesty this update should be 2.0 since it’s a new beginning for our trucks (or rigs for you frickin rednecks)
And also cause it’s the 2nd so it will be release day

Do you mean how long does it take to install the tune on your truck? If so, 10 mins max if you follow directions

No lift, but have 31.5" tires, dongle version, 04b04, 4.88 gears, TRD intake

my question on the going back to stock tune is simply that i'd like to be able to flash it back to stock as toyota put it. As we've seen there have been a lot of variances in toyota's ecu's and obviously it'd be best to if necessary reflash with my ecu files. that's the whole point of a read/write. it's a nice feature that dongle users have.

No I just sent him my ECU information so I'm waiting on the tune files so I can tune my truck.

04B03 means NO SOUP for you! Damn. Soup is good and I stayed away from the Dealer for newer TSBs as I don't want them messing with my machine. Please bring 04B03 soup for me. Also no 93 here. 91 max but run 87.

I do not have access to 93octane. Though i do have access to E85! E85 is starting to pop up all around San Diego. Plan on E85 tune without boost? Or is it not worth the time?

install ts and update. It’s like 10 minutes of work start to finish. Super easy. And you’ll have 1.05 right away so you won’t be trapped on the stock tune

Okay, are me, OVTune & 5 others the only ones working? I know its social media frenzy, but man, the wasted posts that trip my phone waiting for the 1.05 drop. I apologize to others I've done this to with this post, but to those sitting in bathroom stalls at work posting, not so much.

Can those of you with 1.05 chime in with initial impressions? Can I run 35s with no rub after 1.05? 35MPG? Hold 6th gear climbing Pikes Peak? Tell me something!! :annoyed:
