    I used the same laptop so no, no need to re-do. Didn't need to .reg file either because it's of course already registered. Perhaps someone with a new laptop can confirm from scratch setup.....

    No I mean when you went to download the older software, windows defender and any other anti-virus would freak out and stop anything until you disabled the anti-virus. Does that happen with the VF software?

    Except the bulk and float phases require much different volts. Bulk is around 14.7v, float is around 13.8v.

    A external charger every so often is still going to be the best way to keep an AGM properly charged. Increasing the alternator output isn’t really a “fix” for AGM batteries in these trucks.
