I can definitely assist in this. I own multiple trailers from car haulers to my custom expedition trailers that I fabricate and sell.

Hell you can borrow one of my trailers for weeks of testing OV. I can drop it off :oldglory:

Just make sure you buy a prodigy brake controller and mount it in the little cubby on the left side of dash, to avoid Tacoma world

Any idea if this will affect cruise control? Make it less jumpy?

Yep, agreed. My order is still waiting on UPS for pick up, however sounds like it will be worth the wait.

This update is looking insane, the only thing holding me back now is the transmission learning.

Has that been resolved in one way or another with this update?

Unknown at this point. Matt said he will be doing a 60 mile trip this weekend (if I remember right) and can report back more after. As soon as others get this tune and get some good miles on it, we'll know a lot more.

I see, well I hope it's truly gone! I just feel flashing the truck every 500-1000 miles will get old fast.

The truck does not learn in S mode, I wonder if it could be programmed to do everything it does now in S mode like Shift sense pro...

A little off-topic, but now that it appears we are nearing the max gains @OVTune will be getting from the NA 2GR-FKS I would love to see a dyno chart overlay with this information below (preferably same dyno/day)
to see the real differences in the capability of these engines as delivered from the factory...

    2GR-FKS HP/TQ stock tune
    2GR-FKS HP/TQ OVTune
    1GR-FE HP/TQ stock tune
    1GR-FE HP/TQ OVTune

I'm pretty sure he said it in this thread and I know he has said it multiple times in the TT3 group, that you will not need to reflash multiple times. You flash the tune and you're done.

Good looking improvement, in for some honest feedback once it starts hitting the M/T guys. Anything further coming with rev hang?

Even if it's reduced, which it already seemed to be with 1.02, I don't think anyone should be upset if it's not eliminated. It's a truck, not a sports car. Rev hang is just an expected part of the package .

I am way out of my depth here, but doesn't rev hang have to do with the weight of the fly wheel in M/T? the inertia of the flywheel due to weight is what keeps the motor turning at a higher speed? Isn't it why in rock crawlers we put on heavy fly wheels to hold the revs and make it harder to bog down the motor?

3 inches, Ray10s, 34s, OVTuning, and driver mod for now.
You are on track for sure, but with these trucks it's got a fair amount to do with the fueling and ignition tables. So Mat does have some ability to reduce how drastic it is on our trucks.

FWIW, I believe Mat posted a while back that he had found the table(s)/parameters etc that may control what we call rev hang. I don't believe he did anything about it in 1.03 M/T, but it's something that can be brought up again once he gets focused on M/T (after the A/T release gong show).

I'll take a reduction over not touching it too, if it turns out it can't be eliminated completely.
