Looking good. What's the height on the bed from floor?

I’ll have to measure. It is higher though. The bottom of the flat bed was sitting on the top of my high clearance rear bumper So I have a lot more clearance now assuming I can build my new bumper as high.

If you could also get me overall measurements L x W x H. I'm going to have to accelerate my flatbed plans...

Here are the overall dimensions. It’s on the last page. Plus this will give you an idea of what’s involved. It’s for a canyon so it’s slightly off and some items aren’t included.
    http://www.uteltd.com/PDF/gm/UteBedB6GM-QLinstructions.pdf

I’ll get the height for you tonight.
EDT:39 5/16 from ground to lowest part of the bed.

Why is the flatbed accelerated for you?

I got so frustrated with the limited access to my tools I was about to go out and buy a work van. I priced it out and it makes alot more financial sense to buy the bed and the cap. Thanks for the measurements.

How would you rate the overall build quality? I thought the headache rack was solid square tube. It looks to be angle.

Crazy about the frustration. Totally get it though.

The head ache rack can support up to 150kg evenly distributed. It is angle led but more of a t-beam if you will.
Quality wise I think it’s pretty decent for what it is. Lots of bracing on the bottom to support the weight. Apparently can support 3 tons or something.
I will try to get some pics tonight or tomorrow for you.

    It gets a little crowded.....
I think with the added flat square footage I can organize everything flat. The frustration comes from having to rummage through half of my crap to get to one tool.
It looks good on your truck. Looks like you have tons of clearance in the rear. What are your plans with the bumper? (plate?.. Tube?..)

Jesus your loaded. Only thing I could suggest is a bed slide.

I’m going to be going to a square tube with built in hitch and recovery points going to try and keep the lights and everything up high. Have a shit ton of room.

Thanks. Lots of your info got me there a lot faster
I had to extend the breather tube with some hose. Cut the hard line up so it would go into the existing hoses. I’ll send ya some pics.

That would be awesome to see what you did. I’m collecting hose to move my filler up between the cab and bed. Hard to find 1” and 5/8” fuel rated hose locally. I’ll order some in.

Just went and took these so exacuse the salty goodness. So where the hose clamps are I have a piece of the original breather clamped in a new hose between the original places. If that makes sense.

I have a piece of aluminum angle that I’m going to cut to fit the filler neck between the bed and cab as well. Wanted it on the side by the tie down but worried about it getting damaged on the trails.

Looks sick. Get a full side shot when you get a chance. Im seriously considering removing the flares. I like the look.
