Lol didn't kick him out. Just thought he would probably get more from that thread. Anyways crossfit guys look down on people that go to the gym and do isolation workouts. (Bodybuilding)

As Bodybuilders do cross fitters....I think we just enjoy razzing them for one reason or another.

Each are good for their own reasons but being a little older and more expieranced I would say bodybuilding is much more useful in your daily life, especially when you get older. Crossfit and sports of high intensity and high reps will destroy your joints and tendons but are great for a cutting cycle , so the guys that are banging away at crossfit nonstop should consider supplementing some collagen into their diet...And when you get older it will not be an issue of how many jumping jacks you can do, but more of an issue if you can tie your shoes without pulling out your back....( not that old yet, but my opinion )

I understand that. But I was thinking a 20-30 min cardio on a rest day wouldn't be punishing your body like lifting heavy weight and cardio on training days.

Keep it up man......I'm doing 1,600 if that makes you feel better! (I weight 170 though and drink an ass load of caffeine)

It's not the healthiest but I'm doing 16hr fast followed by double muscle milk shake, medium sized dinner (salad with meat) and one final double shake......gets my macros right where I want them and don't bother thinking about it.

2 weeks in and I'm down 5-7lbs and strength is still going up.....I ditched the cardio too expect for 25-50 burpees for time as a finisher (that'll keep anarobic cardio high and help with GH/T production)!

6 pack in 4 weeks is goal!

What are you trying to cut down to? Since I've started counting my macros finally I find it near impossible to hit them while trying to stay under 16-1800 cals.

I did drop 17lbs last month, still getting stronger. Starting creatine again today for the first time in about a year, looking forward to that.

@Sean/tr4rlife, what are you taking for your BCAA's pre/intra/post work out?
