This is what I use. Works great to flush the subcutaneous water from under your skin. Also sitting in the sauna with a bottle of water sweating till your sweat tastes like water instead of salty.

it burns all the water weight and fat on your body....

thats why body fat index tests are innaccurate because you fat content varies daily absed on your water content

lol i have no warrants, but i do have a record... i used to be a hoodlum but ive since turned my life around.

HAHA the fact that you dont support positive vibes. I'm jp. besides you would probably break my face. i learned early how strong a man becomes after about 25.

I'm about live and let live now. I used to hate cops until i realized they were doing nothing wrong... it was me. i would expect an officer to arrest someone who attempted to hurt/steal from my family.

oh, about your looks. that mohawk makes me want to kick your ass :p

    smells like jealousy lol

and aaron is in much better shape than me.

i recently bulked up from 185 to 207... now im cutting down to essentially try and grow into 200.

hey aaron so the russian twists is where u take the olympic barbell and only place the weight on one end, essentially place the weightless end in the corner of a room and performing a baseball swing motion right?

p90x is a fraction of what the guys in jail are doing.

try doing 1000 pushups + 300 pullups + 300 squats in an hour

you have to make time, there's always room in the day for crossfit

Have fun, should be easy enough. It's when you get into the rest of it that will kick you butt. But so worth it!

Have you done it/are you doing it? How much time should I expect to put in a day? Also, should I go to the classes, or go when the classes aren't going on?
