This is why I am hitting the gym and started hiking more. Looked in the mirror and didn't like what I saw so now I am trying to change it.

I'd love to be at 215-220 and about 10% bf, but my goal right now is to get to about 9% and about 180 and then lean bulk up to what I want over time. I've always dirty bulked by eating whatever dafuq I want and it always shoots my bf up to around 15% and I hate it. Done with that shit.

I wanna try the CT Fletcher approach. I'm gonna see how Derick's month long progress doing it goes and go from there.

Are these your recommendations of what I should be doing? I know my lower chest needs work.

220 @ 10% up from 180 @ 9% is gonna be a long road. I used to be small... 175 6% bf...and I liked being cut but then I realized, I can be small and cut or I can get huge. I can't have both at the same time. So...here I am, 199 up from 175 and just eye fucking it, I'd say 11% bf

At the beginning of my cut, I was 200 and about 13% but I wanna get super lean and slowly bulk up without getting passed 11-12% to make my cuts easier. I know as soon as I bulk again, I'm gonna throw it all out the window because I just love gainz too much haha

And yes Zack that's what I'm suggesting lol

I don't eat no 6 meals a day, prepped and weighed. I eat when I'm hungry, I eat high protein high fat and higher carb meals. Or I'll intermittent fast. I don't eat for days and days and days all the same calorie intake. I don't follow a plan months at a time. I'll do high rep lower weight superset then low rep high weight then cardio metabolic conditioning shit. I eat and work out like a normal person can and I have to watch it because I ain't gonna eat some fucking boiled chicken breasts with Mrs dash and some steamed brown rice 6 times a day and expect to be able to run a 1/4 mile at speed and tackle a fool. Eat high energy intense foods when you're hungry. Don't force that shit, you'll get burned out fast.

Heard that. I eat 6-7 meals a day because it suits me better. I've never been able to eat large quantities at a time, so I'd much rather eat more small meals. I do agree about forcing shit down though. I eat what tastes good, I just portion depending if I'm cutting or bulking.

my chest workout.... which switches every week...just an example

1)warm up with 100 push ups (5 sets/20) "wide arm"
    2)Barbell Flat bench(135,185,225,245) (15,12,12,failure)
    3)incline Dumbell press(60,80,90,110) (12,12,12,failure)
    5 min rest
    4) flat dumbell fly super set flat dumbell press(40lb fly superset to 60,80,100 on press)
    5) 4 sets of weighted dips to failure(45lb weight added to belt)

*Drop set is my favorite end to a workout*
I start off with 4x25lb on each side
    8x8x8xfailure
each set you drop a 25lb plate off of each side

you will cry after your first time doing this....

Wish I could do that. I've developed a pretty good system over time, though. 6 meals a day on cuts and 7 on bulks. I don't know if I'll make it to the low 180's though. I've gone from a 140 lb pole to 200 lbs over the years and I just don't think I can let myself burn that much muscle off. If I can get get to a really lean high 180's, I'll be happy enough for the summer. got dem dare #ectoprobs
