Thermometer & compass on the blink, anyone else have this problem?

    I have an '06 DC/LB and last week the temps got down in the single digits. Noticed the thermometer & compass display in the roof weren't working. I hoped that when the temps rose again it would magically start working again but no-go.

    Anyone else ever have their thermometer & compass display go out on them? What's the fix? I hate to let stuff like this go unrepaired but I can imagine this being a couple hundred dollar replacement just so I know it's cold outside and I'm headed North. ;)
