Never had an issue with the top one. I have a hose clamp on the front one.

I don't think my blower has that. But i'll have to do it to my dads.

Turbos are still better.

I've had both..though only a turbo on a supra..albeit briefly.

Turbo is way more fun.

Granted, i have a blower on the truck and it is fairly painless in comparison to use. And definitely woke my truck up plenty. But turbo is still more fun usually.

 

Looks like a restrictor to make the supercharger hit easier. It's Toyota they don't want it to be that fun. Still love turbos.

 

Anything cool turbo related pop up at sema this last week? Head has been in the clouds the last few weeks.

 

Started the slow process of figuring out the routing of my primaries for my passenger side header.... Not that entertaining, as a thought though. Lol

Well couple of issues. Oil in the intake (kinda hoping that was from when i had oil running out my tail pipe because my return line was too small) so dirty maf didnt help anything, wiped the oil off but found my maf adater was busted so jb weld to the rescue... Hopefully. That does explain the crazy afrs since i had a leak i guess.

 

That will mess with afrs. Good find. I had to machine my maf

 

Im sure i just over snugged the screws, i let the gaskets do their job this time haha

 

Hmm crazy AFR’s from maf sensor and a leak hmm

 

If you cannot get it to seal properly, even after this repair, www.treadstoneperformance.com has aluminum maf flanges welded onto the tube. About as long as your segment.

Those fixes should greatly improve your trims.
