I have the OME 888 and Total Chaos UCAs with Dakar full leaf pack in the rear with extended rear shocks. I’m very happy with the setup and highly recommend it.

I did the ecgs bushing replacement as a precautionary measure so I can’t tell you whether I would have the vibes or not. I don’t have the diff drop and don’t see a need for it. I did do the carrier bearing drop and don’t have any vibes in the rear. Overall I’m very happy with the setup.

Yes. The ride quality is significantly better. The up travel is still a bit reduced due to the longer springs. But you have the full down travel and they’re not as stiff.

Since you want 2”, and you already have 5100 all around, I’d get OME 884 springs to replace the front. A 2” block in the rear or single AAL would also work in the rear.

I’m running 887 with 5100 and a 2” block. 887 will give you more than 2”. And there shouldn’t be a problem with getting it aligned. 925AD25F-745A-4F68-88E7-96FE2EAEB0E4.jpg

No I didn’t replace the bushings. Yes the block is tapered, no vibes.

How much lift did this setup get you and how long have you been running it? Planning on 2-inches and wondering if I can skip the bushing swap.

My truck sits level at 40 x Allen block Jr (22.5lbs) plus rack & tent / Skids / sliders / bumper / big lunch, and an empty pop bottle. Ome med in the rear billy up front. My timbrens were barely touching.

Your first post literally asked for thoughts on rear in second half of request for advice. Apparently you need more help I guess from other people, who don’t have pics to backup what they say.

Any thoughts on the leaf pack? I don't have constant weight in my bed, but I do frequently throw anywhere from 50-150 pounds of stuff in there each week to do different things. I hate that with over 50 pounds in the bed the truck sags.

Sorry I didn’t click on a poll instead.

I did this last year and it's just under 2 inches and no problem with alignment, driveability and load capacity. I've been very happy with the setup and my tool box has 150lbs of stuff in it all the time and maintains factory rake.

If you need that extra assurance for 2 inches minimum then spend the money on the 887 and UCAs so you can ensure a good alignment. 2 inch lift seems to be the make or break point for the stock UCAs.

You can also do 885 springs with 1/2 inch spacer on driver side, 1/4 spacer on passenger to compensate for lean and still run stock UCA.

Sorry was out of town. It gave me about 2 1/4" then settled down to about 2" all around. 1/4" top plate on driver side seems to be not helping much. Running lift for about year and a half. I would do the bushing mod just in case.
