Hello all, 2019 SR, I am thinking of doing the LED strip lights under the bed rails. I live in New England and was wondering how they will hold up with the freezing weather and snow. Does anyone have any experience with the stick-um under the bed rail LED lights and this type of weather ? How are they holding up ? Thank you very much in advance for the help.
    Example below.

Have had a version of that one on my truck for about 4 years now. Might be the same one. Of course I have a shell on my truck but they have been great. People are always impressed how bright they are. I did have to replace the switch as the stock one it came with was never very good. I had another push switch left over from another project so I just used it. Switch is just stuck to the side of the bed with 3m tape. They get wet periodically but are plenty waterproof. If they are the ones I think they ae you just cut the strips to the proper length. I have them down each side under the rails, not across the front.

@mhornco - Thnx for the help, I am thinking of an installation similar to yours, just the sides.

LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
I'd like to do the same thing but I'm going to wait until the warm weather. I have my doubts about sticking the lights onto an ice cold truck.

When I had a 2014 Taco I installed led strips battery powered. Cheapos from Amazon. There was no bed light option at that time. They worked great, stayed stuck to side of bed in -30 to 90 weather.

Leveled with Bilstein 5100 shocks, Kumho AT52 265/75 tires, Redline hood struts, R4T tailgate lock, Matt Gecko LED strips in bed and under hood, WeatherTech hood guard, OEM bed mat, Husky floor mats, Carhart seat covers, Grille replacement with Toyota letters, Sony AX6000 replacement head unit, OTT lite/mild tune, and an occasional splash of fuel additive.
I bought the gecko ones, both for bed and I also installed a strip under the hood. Work really well and comes with waterproof switches. Easy install as long as you carefully run wire up to the battery.
