yes. Today after driving the highest I saw my voltage charge get was 14.5.

I do think the adjusted tables for everything beyond the ECU table is wrong. My battery was swelling at the sides, not to mention the smell. Going to keep an eye on it with the new 94 (30-150) settings. So far battery seems normal and doesn’t smell after drives. I believe @Shellshock logic makes sense by keeping the factory curve and not over charging these AGM batteries regardless of temp

Yeah I mentioned earlier those curves are to map the alternator voltage curve to a decimal value for the ECU. Those shouldn't change because its a property of the alternator. It sounds like the ECU tables are the only ones we need to touch.

Im glad you caught it though. That shit can explode and everything catches on fire.............

i did a little more research and am going to run with these for a bit and see how the voltage looks throughout my drives.
Want to play it safe for now

I've been running the stock alternator tables for a while and I'm seeing 14.1V for the most part, which in my book is probably close enough. I'm waiting to get my tune packs so I can run 2.0 again and will probably bump it up slightly, but I'm thinking I'll be keeping it around 14.2-14.3V measured at the terminals. Also, I haven't done a lot of measurements but from what I've seen I don't trust the ECU voltage log as much since it appears to report lower than what I measure directly at the terminals.

In the research I gathered along with @sd1uh8as 13.7-14.7 charging is sufficient, but having it at 14.5-14.7 is not good for charging all the time, so it appears you are good. I would read my threads from 1-2 pages ago (especially this: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/vf-tuner-for-the-3-5l-tacoma-agm-tuning.689652/page-16#post-24879758) not good having it charge high all the time...

Which batteries are you guys running? My Northstar NSB-AGM27 calls for 14.3-14.7 service charge.

Other AGM's might be looking for a different service charge.

Are these still the numbers you are running? I assume they would translate to 04B04?

I would try to find out, from the manufacturer, what the service charge should be.

I understand not overvolting it, but its also harmful to undervolt it.

Edit: But usually 14.5V should be okay for AGM.

with those values I posted my startup is 14.3 and driving a little (not fully warmed) fluctuates 14.2-14.3. May adjust startup temp slightly but for now seems right

Any harm in running the AGM settings on a non-agm battery for a day? I'm tuning someone today who's getting an AGM battery installed tomorrow and they want it today. I wouldn't do it for my own truck, but wondering if anyone has firsthand experience.

Yeah those look similar to what I was using when I was running a M+W tune. My gas mileage was so terrible on that tune though that I flashed back to 2.0 p5f while I wait for my tune pack to come in.

Did you do this without changing any of the Phase Duty cycles from stock?

Thats the one that I was tweaking just now. I am going to try it with just the table you showed adjusted and see what it does.

running these values I am getting 14.3-14.5 consistently.

this gauge is pretty accurate and reads .120V lower than what the flash tool does (as I’m flashing a tune it’s in the 12v range of course)

this is while driving with engine warmed up:

Yeah dont do that. Youre overvolting a battery that should only take 13.8
