If you've also raised shift points I'd do both. Raise the lock and lower the unlock. Try +10 for the first two and +5 on the rest for lock. -3 or 4 on all unlock.

Thx, I do have modified shift points, maybe I got lucky with adding 10 to the lock maps. I'm really liking the way it drives with the delay of the unlock. Just not sure what state the TC is in when the values are adjusted between lock an unlock. Sure don't want to overheat the transmission.

 

as long as it reaches the Locking position it should stay locked until you get to the unlock values you entered. Going up 5 miles an hour where you use your throttle the most, the middle values, really ain't going to make two s**** a difference. I stay under 205

MD recently did a tune for me and it’s great. Truck has never run like this. Shift points are perfect and a lot more power and torque. He does a great job.

One other thing to note that I personally did. However much you raise your lock values do the same to your unlock values. Then subtract 3 to 5 mph from them. otherwise you're going to end up with a huge gap between your unlock values from your lock values especially at the lowest two points

As @CAG Gonzo mentioned above, it's a bit of some contact tracing to find the tunes. He explained the process, and the linked post itself has a description about how to find the tunes as well.

Is the 04C20 the 2021 Manual Transmission?

04C20 is the 2021 AT, you're thinking of 04C30 which I believe is the 2021 MT that isn't quite supported yet.
