Thanks for the add, little back story on my 98 Tacoma TRD SR5 Factory Install Supercharger.
Was my grandpa's since 20k miles, and recently I was finally able to wrangle it off of him. 106k Miles.
Timing Belt was done at 80k, plugs, water pump, all the basic tuneup functions. I just tore the super charger off yesterday and sent it in for a complete rebuild, while doing so would like to go to a bit smaller pulley and meth injection. I haven't read much positive about the 7th Injector kit, and pretty familiar with Meth Injection. My question is has anybody run this, and can give me a baseline for the progressive kit. I am thinking I need to get an AFR for sure and get it installed before installing this as well. Hints, tips, etc would be helpful.

Tons of forums, but this one seemed to look like the best from the outside, thanks for the add!

You need an AFR gauge with the smaller pulley. You'll need it to correctly size your nozzle. 50/50 water meth should add enough fuel to keep your AFRs down and detonation in check. But again, you'll need a AFR gauge. I can recommend the AEM Uego. I run a Coolingmist progressive kit (with failsafe but I don't bother with that anymore), but it's not necessary. A cheap Shurflo pump on a hobbs switch at 4psi or would be sufficient.

If you'll seach, you'll find more info on meth injection than you can handle.

Start off with installing a new fuel pump so you know your getting 100 percent full pressure at WOT

    rarely helps other than WOT
if all other parametres are met

AFR has to be spot on everywhere
    off idle
    mid range
    WOT

If you haven't gone down the Meth Avenue yet, consider the Aem Fic 6.
I run it on my truck in a few different boosted modes, SC, Twin charged and just Turbo.
Its really nice to be able to adjust Part throttle fuel ratio, so much torque can be gained here, it's not just about wide open throttle performance.
Not to mention you can pull timing where you need to in low Rpm's, add fuel anywhere and scale new larger injectors (I'm running 440cc, just entered the new valve and started right up).
Good luck which ever way you choose!
