Yeah. I was only showing what it took to mount those kinds of custom parts. Some people don't want to cut up their console like that.

ah i see. ive seen other styles where instead of cutting the entire back out people just drill a hole tbh. but for the multi old school rocker switch i can see that you will have to cut it fully out since of the plugs! thankfully i dont want that style haha
    sure thing

In that post if with the switches if you did short version switches you could probably fit in 2 rows of switches. The inner kid in me wants to do that lol

G Scale! Don't meet many G scalers anymore. My stock is currently on display in the printer room. I'm waiting for the right backyard to do another layout.

My design of a rudimentary steam donkey. I am unable to screen shot from that laptop atm for some reason, so the pic.
Donkey is sitting on the flatcar in the pic.

I'll be making a couple of revisions to it. I'll square off the ends of the frame, it should be just metal beams until mounted to logs/wood beams, they have the angle on the end.
And I'll make the cylinder on the side a little bigger. Maybe add some sort of device/farkle to the other side to fill it out. Otherwise I like how it looks from 6 feet away.

I like that. What trucks are you using?

I wonder if you can get some 9 or 12 gauge galvanized wire and use that as your external plumbing. And then some black thread as your winch line.

Bachmann 92430. They need some modification to work with the older style knuckle couplers, just takes a few minutes. You can find them for around $65 if you search.

I'm currently working on upgrading my S1 hotend to the KE hotend. I believe the K1 hotend is a straight swap, but my KE hotend has a different connector for the ceramic.
