While i have my transmission out I decided to clean up and spray my y-pipe and y-back with some high temp silicone spray for header wrap to help keep them nice


Also since the truck isn't moving thought I'd remove, blast, and paint my hitch. Still need to paint obviously..so nice to have a huge blast booth at work

Started my Fluid Film rustproofing!

 

Scored a TRD catback exhaust off a '12 with 10k miles for 200 bucks.

 

Plastic tank... they'll just punch the bottom.
One TW member actually found where they had siliconed a hose into the tank near the bottom and tucked the hose up in the top of the wheelwell. They could come by and pick up a couple of gallons any time.

Sugar is not soluble in gasoline. Worst it can do is plug the filter if there's no sock in the tank. The tank sock is somewhat self-cleaning.

Been driving since 1979. I've had my share of cars fucked with... coil wires stolen, stereos, egged, keyed... Never once had the gas tainted.

 

few years back in my mustang I either got water in the tank from the gas station or someone dumped it in. engine was locked up & fuel lines rusted.

I have used locking gas caps since.

 

Brought home 800lbs of pavers. Just using it like a truck.

Put on a coat of sealant and a coat of wax. So damn smooth even shit wouldn't stick to it!
